New Global Lojistik A.Ş. is aware of its responsibility to protect the health of all its stakeholders and other people who may be affected by its activities, to provide and maintain a safe and healthy business environment, and has undertaken to integrate this obligation into all activities carried out under its roof.

New Global Lojistik A.Ş. considers people as its most valuable asset in all its activities; It adopts protecting its employees from all kinds of accidents that may occur by creating a safe and healthy work environment as its ongoing and priority business goal.

New Global Lojistik A.Ş. provides training to increase the awareness of its employees about occupational health and safety; It constantly improves occupational health and safety performance in parallel with legal obligations. New investments are made taking into account occupational health and safety criteria.

Occupational Health and Safety is the responsibility of all employees at New Global Lojistik A.Ş.

All Employees (and other stakeholders) must exercise utmost care for their own safety as well as the safety of everyone affected, and comply with Occupational Health and Safety warnings and rules;

Working in coordination with other employees on occupational health and safety issues;

In order to create a healthy and safe working environment, to participate in occupational health and safety trainings to be organized within the company and to comply with the instructions and procedures in this regard;

They are obliged to report their concerns about situations that may pose a risk regarding occupational health and safety to their superiors and/or Occupational Health and Safety Officers.

Department Managers

To implement the Occupational Health and Safety policy in the departments and workplaces under their responsibility; It is obliged to allocate/ensure the necessary resources for the management of Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace.

Occupational Health and Safety Officers

There is an employee responsible for Occupational Health and Safety in all workplaces of the company. According to his job description, he is responsible for the coordination of Occupational Health and Safety regulations in his workplace.

Senior management

Occupational Health and Safety Representative to ensure the review and dissemination of this policy text,
Deputy General Managers are responsible for implementing this policy text within the business line they are responsible for;
The General Manager is responsible for periodically reviewing the company’s Occupational Health and Safety practices and performance.
