Your personal data is collected by our Company to carry out our commercial activities through different channels and based on different legal reasons. Within the framework of activities to carry out commercial processes; Through written documents/forms such as customer introduction forms, supplier information forms, contact information forms, other commercial documents, payment information, negotiable instruments, candidate application forms and notifications you make, whether fully or partially automated or in any form, verbally, in writing or electronically. Your Rights Listed in Article 11 of the KVK Law
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods set out below in this Information Text, our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged.

f) Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
g) In case of damage due to illegal processing of personal data, you have the right to request compensation for the damage.

Pursuant to the KVK Law, you can submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board and through the channels specified below. As the relevant person, you must submit your claims to our Company in writing by providing the necessary documents that identify you. In this context, in order for your applications to be made to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVK Law to be managed properly and quickly, you must submit the petition in person or by mail, providing the documents/information that may be requested according to your request and the necessary documents that identify you.
